Monde Nissin Steam Plant Project Angeles City, Pampanga Monde Nissin is one of the premiere manufacturers of noodles (Lucky Me & Lucky Supreme) and biscuits (Hearty, Kid-O, Monde chip cookies) in the Philippines. Its Sta. Rosa Plant became operational in June 1980, producing cookies, wafers, and crackers. CPI Energy Companies developed the project for Monde Nissin in its Angeles City manufacturing facility. It was commissioned in December 2003.
